When booking please list Location, Occasion, & Theme.  This info can be found on Picnic Options Tab. 

We travel to Atlanta & Surrounding areas, as well as Middle Georgia Byron, Macon, McDonough & Warner Robins.  

TRAVEL FEES

Travel Fee will be applied to ALL locations, travel fee varies. Travel Fee will be added to invoice balance. Choose City/Park Travel Fee on booking form, if park is not listed or location is a resident/venue travel fee will be added to invoice balance. 

Please be flexible with location & time if needed, as we travel to different cities within a day. 

Be sure to look at forecasted weather when booking, it may be helpful to have an indoor location as a second option if possible. For inclement weather policy please review FAQs. 

Picnics from 7:00pm-10:00pm must be INDOORS or RESIDENT BACKYARD/VENUE 

Deposits are 50% of Picnic Cost, ALL Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE Remaining Balance is due 3 days before picnic by 8pm EST due date will be listed on invoice. If balance is not paid by due date, picnic will be Void and will need to book another date with new deposit. 

Please arrive to your picnic on time, if you are running late your picnic will still end at it's set time. Purchasing additional time is available if there is availability that day. 

Feel free to bring your own food/snacks. We offer food pickup or snack add-ons located on the add-on tab. If adding on food please list food/beverages selections on booking form to ensure accurate pricing. 

**$50 squeeze-in fee if available** If booking a squeeze- in picnic, certain add-ons may not be available.

In the event there is damage to picnic property or picnic property is taken, a fee will apply to replace damage/taken item(s)
